We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and the park.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Powered site Deposits

Deposits may be refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellations made within a specified period prior to arrival may result in the loss of the deposit.

Cabin Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit, depending on circumstances and the timing of the cancellation. Management may issue a credit instead of a refund.

No Shows

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled booking date without prior notice may be charged the full booking amount.

Changes to Bookings

Booking dates may be changed subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the new dates fall within a higher rate period.
